Sorry about the confusion earlier. I reread your post and realized I’d misunderstood part of your point. Thanks for the clarification. Setting aside the economic aspects, I think there is a very real potential for trauma and harm in being used to create sexual content. People experience this differently, and some may find it neutral or even positive, but I do not think it is as harmless as some on this board suggest. There are too many well-documented cases of adult women entering prostitution or professional pornography and seeing their lives deteriorate, even without overt mistreatment. I do not see why the same risks would not apply in the case of adolescent and preadolescent boys, and to a greater degree. Obviously, you did not weigh in on that point, but I wanted to note it anyhow. |
