I think it is from the youtube channel @au_tor9057
, video taken by the teacher. Russia had several big educators who made progress in how to deal with children, also problematic children (Makarenko). This teacher assembled a group of boys and each year traveled to a remote place, which i assume is in the Caucasus. It looks like he used this experience to educate/form the boys.

Another poster mentioned an orphanage. I also read some posts that he was accused and also spent time in prison. There were some videos with an old guy who was cared for by the boys (a bit handicapped) and he seemed to enjoy the contact. That made me believe those accusations. Moreover, the boys were not exactly orphans.

Geography:
- Crimea is an island in the Black Sea and separates the Sea of Azov (Azov videos) from the Black Sea.
- Caucasus mountains lies to the east of the Black Sea and borders Russia, Georgia and Armenia.
- Baikal is a very large and deep lake north of Mongolia. It is several thousand km away from Caucasus.
