What I'd suggest making a CRIMINAL OFFENCE is (just like living off the avails of prostitution is a crime), that the gang of current "experts", and endless University "grads" that want to pay off their "student debt" by catching, and persecuting every case of erotic intimacy under 18yo... Make that a crime! Making MONEY and a living off the avails off exaggerated humiliation, notions of sinful and disgusting behaviour, and acts that can only be apparently abusive, degrading, and unnatural etc.. etc... destroying lives by taking advantage of a situation and turning it into a circus of money grabbers. The NHL has instituted a new penalty called embellishment, it's more less the dramatization, and theatrical throwing one's self to the ice if the player happens to be in contact with another of the opposing team. The player in doing so tries to get the advantage, by getting a penalty called for the "harm or disadvantage" that was done. The league turned the table on this conduct, and now it becomes a penalty to indulge in these theatrics. A.I is causing that a lot of jobs are being lost, it's becoming a philosophical question as to what will happen to the psyche of so many that will be made redundant, and have no life purpose... It's important to realize that the ballooning industry of child aid/advocacy is getting beyond super saturation. In other words the pooling of experts that need a reason to intervene will become potentially a sickness. (or already is) The true law should start to prosecute the "protectors" that embellish, just like in hockey. Harm can be inflicted by making erotic affections so diabolical, so dramatic, and humiliating that, that becomes in of itself a cruel crime. Faculty heads that push the one sided narrative, and justice that gives no leeway for said erotic energy to be manifested less it be a most serious crime. This system needs to be called out! In all the ways experts take advantage of "morality crimes" and indulge in billable hours, and all the "fun" they have enticing drama, and rendering judgment. Then again that's exactly why nothing will change. If and when a male youth is sensually erotic in affection with someone his junior, or senior... this should simply not be an opportunity for the system to pounce on the situation like if it were prey. Space, freedom, understanding, and acceptance that sexual energy need not be laced with negativity, but with balance. Sexual agency should be recognized, discretion, and the opinion and will of the youth should have (without outside prejudice) a lot of merit as to weather any crime was committed. Fundamentally it's not so much the law that needs to change, but rather the idea of what erotic stimulus is, physical affection, and the celebration and acceptance that many male youth pursue. What's more criminal? Making a natural desire and tendency in most boys a vicious way to prosecute, or... the case where a male youth and his younger or older friend shared some stimulative affection? The notion of crime is becoming psychotic. As the rich get richer, and the jails are full to capacity, people on drugs like never before, and depression is rampant. For 50 years now, Universities have been graduating "PhD"'s to better society, but the more a society gets, the drama and carnage seems only to get worse, and so more then are graduated... I call embellishment! (major misconduct, game ejection, & 60 game suspension) Many things need to change... law is just one piece of this proverbial train wreck. What do you do with the masses that want to be "important", and seen as successful? Ultimately what does humanity want to accomplish on this tiny planet? What's the goal? The vision? So many in the industry of "abuse"/enforcement, and persecution/judgment... It ain't gonna work! Why does a culture need so much law enforcement? Truly laws do need to change, but not before attitudes and false narratives are changed. and that's the way I see it. |
