The fact that you made him crying out in pain says something very troubling about your attitude towards children. Role playing acting out towards virtual children is a slippery step down the path that will very likely end up in harming an actual child. If you don't ask for help now, eventually help will likely be provided by the state in the form of physical intervention up to and including possible incarceration.

None of us wants to see children harmed and those of us with a heart don't like seeing you going further and further down this path of self destruction. Seek help irl!
