But if the 17yo is not 17yo, but is 15yo....

Then because of this... No, If's, and's, or but's are considered in any way.
It becomes the most horrid criminal act, so disgusting and sinful. If gives untold experts the "carte-blanche" to brutally intervene humiliate, and pretty much destroy lives.

I think this is more the issue at hand, what happened to make s 14to and a 16yo OK to make out, but if it's the same 14yo and say a 20 yr old that such demented overreach becomes the default.

It's more the understanding of why the system goes to no crime, but because the erotic energy is shared with say a 4month wide differential the act becomes intolerable by society.

The culture acknowledges that sexual energy is there, it allows the passion play to go ahead because I guess they (stewards) know that sex drive can be intense in many boys, but why make it so brutal if the bond and activity is 5 months more, or perhaps even 2 years more?

The 17 and 19yo scenario you give is in no way "safer", then if the age variation was extended out.

The qualifying acts that make erotic intimacy a crime should be about crime itself, not arbitrary age variations... like kidnapping, drugging, injury, forced confinement, and extortion/blackmail. (Youth between themselves can be ruthless in any part of life) the harm factor is always there, with anything in life, and with anyone at pretty much anytime.

You so desperately just want to simplify it away, while unnecessary harm is mandated by so called scholars. Why? Youth should have a say... and that's all really that's being proposed for a better social system.

It's about improving the judicial system, and taking away the hysterics mental health thrive upon to be employed by the "boat load"... with still more being graduated this spring, again...

No end to flocks of sex abuse interventionists needing "cases" to make them high community "achievers". (As public debt hits $38.5 Trillion) It frankly just becomes a demented game, no real sober reasoning at all, it becomes just a way to keep the "system" alive at all costs.

Simplifying everything is also part of this destructive cancer.

I get it though, the only force that will demand better reasoning is in fact the break down, and destruction of the system as it stands now... and there can be no denying as the debt clock spins wildly, everyone clamouring and striking for more pay... so the powers print more cash, and create more said frivolous jobs... while male youth are destroyed. Nice!

Thanks for your analysis of it all.
