Hahaha, no its not. The whole thing about communism is that the WORKERS should own the means of production. Its in the communist manifesto ffs. Marx says nothing about the state, and in fact in the final form of communism, the state withers away and you have communist utopia.

So you are wrong. You apparently dont even understand the basics of communism.
