He would need to be physically characteristic of a boy. Small, Short, Absolutely no body or face hair, skinny ectomorphic boyish frame. etc. I have found this before in a former relationship with a pituitary dwarf, and to a lesser extent in my current relationship, basically a small asian eternal twink. Sure some might like the idea of age or a boy, but my attraction is more about physical type than a idealistic construct of man with boy. Plus there's the whole aging out issue that makes a same age more appealing as you get them as a "boy" for much longer.
