Microsoft is all that the world/planet has known really (Ok, Ok... MAC & Linux) but generally speaking... Where is the new printer that has super cheap but good ink? The printer that's not always in communication and downloading on it's own "UPDATES/FIRM WEAR"... Why is there not 7 major platforms of "computing Operational Software"? Companies that boast and demonstrate privacy, encryption, and data sovereignty. These days the masses just expect that e-mails are scanned and read, that computer simply decide what they are going to do, and when... Imagine your some kind of engineer working on a revolutionary thing, and the computer simply decides that it should share what your working on...?! No balance at all! A culture that boasts being "capitalist" but has 5 companies becoming totalitarian in their monopoly, and frankly criminal propaganda. Is it even too late? Absolute power corrupts absolutely. |
