Holding contradictory or compromising theoretical positions wasn't their problem; just look at the successful evolution of the CSA narrative over the last five decades. The "failure" was one of top-down utopian alliance-building that didn't make sense. It is impossible to force-team "pro-kink", or "pro-fiction" online communities with the "pedophiles" they are desperately trying to convince others they are not. That is in spite of the fact that all such groups have shared theoretical underpinnings supporting their struggle. The alliance-building offensive needs to be more of a gradual, bottom-up effort, I suspect the founders realized that, as well as facing massively distorted media coverage. "Prostasia" ended up as a successful chud-baiting operation, but their attempts at alliance building were a failure, and conflicted with the image of a "child protection charity". ![]() [@nonymouse] [Guardster] [Proxify] [Anonymisierungsdienst] |
