Re: Lifeline - more available?

As has been mentioned already, vols are opening up in their free time. There are scheduled times throughout the week, which we try our best to stick with. Sometimes this means arranging plans around the scheduled time. It feels like more of an obligation than you may think. The problem with unscheduled times, especially at unpopular hours (those that don't work well for North American visitors), is that you can end up sitting in an empty chat with no visitors for quite a while. Yes, you can multitask, but you're still on call, so to speak. Maybe LL should do a survey to figure out when visitors would like the chat open, and then hopefully find volunteers able to take those times. I'm willing to take on an additional evening slot Asian time if there is demand. Last Saturday's chat filled up pretty quickly.
