But do note that to run lifeline it takes a group of trained volunteers.

Those volunteers have set times listed on lifelines page.

If you're in desperate need of a chat that is in the case of life or death emergencies the chat can be opened if you make a request on the lifeline page.

I know during the week lifeline doesn't have much of set times. But it is open more than you think many times volunteers will keep it open beyond their set times.

Once again I am glad you found lifeline as an asset to you.
