This gal is related to someone down the block and has been working this street for like 10 years.... she is also schizophrenic or bipolar and sometimes does crazy shit... not dangerous, just crazy. My neighbor has run her off more then a few times and I have had to run her off at least twice.

Last time she was trying to get this 90-year-old lady to give her money. I did not like that so I went out and told her off and to move on.... bitch cured me out all the way down the block lol
