Non-Aboriginal people stick out like dogs balls

Such communities in remote places.. they are mostly dark-skinned people, but they usually still have cops not far away, and they notice anybody who doesn't look like a right fit if they don't seem to have a good reason to be there. Rural cops are just as narrow-minded and old-fashioned in their thinking as city cops, possibly even more paranoid since they might have more time on their hands to waste on theorizing about strangers in town. We did have a poster here many years ago who lived in a small town dominated by Aboriginal people.. got himself into legal bother befriending the local boys and things got complicated before that even. Died of cancer before making it to court I think.
