Yes, that's an interesting list; though I can't say that I'm a fan of Mysterious Skin (abuse narrative in spades), or Boyhood (the boy is too dull) or even Hugo. I'm the King of the Castle (or rather Je suis le seigneur du château) is a truly great film, a Gallicised version of the Susan Hill novel. Mon copain Rachid is just marvellous, one of the greatest short films ever.
