Sure, there are people here who would love to get in contact with a 16yo lad, but given the current social climate and the laws, no sane guy would risk this over the internet.
In some countries 16 is a legal age, so some of your fellows might be lucky. But also that is very limited, I guess hardly anybody dares. This world has become a tough place for people with certain sexual preferences.
