What exactly is the warning for?

Your warning here makes absolutely no sense and gives no guidance on how BCers should conduct themselves going forward. You being "sure" of someone else knowing "it" does not clarify in any way what kind of game you are referring to.

A number of people have complained about Manstuprator's domination of the BC index, commenting last month an average of 1.7 times per post harassing people by twisting every possible situation into a chance to one up and harass people. Example:
