Can also just mean managing risk so you don’t get caught.

Those who do can never talk about it, of course. They have to present as “non-offending”.

But I’m sure, even now, there are members of BC and other BL and GL communities that are managing their risk adequately and engaging in safe, but illegal activity.

Steven left the US in the 00s and only had legal trouble in 2024.
