I forgot to mention: we also give young people in the gay community much to think about when we tell them about their past support for us. That's their history, too and they need to know about it. It's being white-washed and it's important to counter that.

For one thing, there are boy lovers in the gay community and gay boys who would have once had relationships with men, who have no idea about this past.
