Objections must be brought up at the correct point in either the trial preparation or the trial itself If a lawyer misses the correct time to object, no appeal will later be entertained by a higher court. PDs ("Public Defenders") often are either not experienced enough, too overworked, or just don't give a damn which means that many BoyLovers have been unnecessarily convicted, and could not overturn their sentences, because of the rules of order, and the failure of the PD to object in a timely manner.
