Some "bls" perceive incel boys as easier sexual targets, meanwhile other adults would prefer to love those same boys in ways which respect their dignity and human rights. Being in favor of close knit communities where boys are loved in law abiding and God centered ways is not the same as seeing demons lurking in shadows. And true, thumping them with a Bible isn't going to help them, but introducing them to a close knit Church family where they can find support, companionship and role models might.
