BoyWiki has an article, but it doesn't give too many details about dates, except that 2006 seems to have been its inauguration:

"On May 25. 2006 it was officially announced that LifeLine joined the Free Spirits to become a Free Spirits resource."

When was the link added to the top of the page? I can't say...
