New pandemic affecting boys may be forming

After the last 1918 worldwide pandemic, another neurological pandemic formed that affected mostly young boys. From Wikipedia (link below):

"Between 1915 and 1926, an epidemic of encephalitis lethargica spread around the world. The exact number of people infected is unknown... Boys between the ages of 5 and 18 years were the most affected. Symptoms include change of personality, restlessness... More extreme cases include aggression and "shameless sexual activity".

End quote. I'm just afraid after this COVID epidemic, that it might happen again. "Shameless sexual activity" in public by young boys cannot be tolerated and we need to find a way to prevent this from happening again. It would be awful, just going around town and these young boys ages 5+ would be doing these shameful sexual activities in public. Or being aggressive and trying to involve you in their sexual depravity. I don't want this to happen to me, as a private citizen. We need to stop this. I mean not stop it. I mean stop it. No. Yes. No.
