The court of BC - Judge Popcorn presiding. Mr. Fragment I have elected to turn over the entire case to the school, it's principal, and the superintendent of the school board. I as a judge look for mens rea / actus rea in sentencing, meaning the mental formulation to do harm to someone, and then the act of doing said harm. The case before me demonstrates neither. I look for coercion, kidnapping, forced confinement, drugging, blackmail/threats, injurious and hateful conduct, and wanting malice. Can I formulate a mental story that demonstrates that criminal harm was your intent? To all the above I cannot. I see no reason to pursue this case any further, However being in a school and working under the regulations that find that intimacy and teaching is not compatible for it can foster distortions and cause class room conflicts. For this reason I leave it to the school board to render their interpretation of your conduct, under their policies and procedural protocols. Should you be moved to another school, suspended for the rest of the academic year, or have your teaching credentials revoked permanently? These are school board affairs. In finding guilt in what you did, is to find guilt in a male youth that is deemed to know better in any circumstance where a crime is being committed... that is to say that true harm and wanting reckless behaviour is planned and carried out. Natural desires, and the hormonal physiology to be sexual is an intricate part of human discovery. To make criminal, and incarcerate solely on the basis that erotic energies were shared is a violation of justice and the well being of most male youth that are forced into hypocrisy in order to satisfy said natural desires. Your wedding vows, a promise to be solely devoted to your mate is concerning, but not criminal in my estimation... that is for you to be guided by your own consciousness, and worked out with your spouse. The court of BC has ruled. In all seriousness, good luck. So much sex among male youth going on, without it being found out... but when it is caught, man does the system love to let all evolved "have it" humiliation, punishments, lives destroyed. and for those that never dis get caught, great lives, great careers, and life goes on with may having wonderful memories, without interruption or life altering interventions.
