Anything noteworthy gets classified and hidden from the public forever.

To be clear, I'm as skeptical as most other people would be.. and want proof positive before trusting wild claims. It would help if the three-letter agencies would stop it with their insane secret-keeping.. it's way out of control and there's no fantasy there. But along with this whistleblower (with his own scheme in motion now) there are other privately organised and funded groups aiming to gather information and other proof to keep it all away from government interference and secrecy, and letting it loose to the public.

Not my place to tell people what to watch, but that video does fill in a lot of blanks and sounds more sensible when watched fully than any small parts of it separately.
