MAPs need a defense network not an army

not an army because it is geared to a different type of fighting.

say, MAPs join a defense network.
any MAP who feels they are in danger alerts the network and the closest other network member is alerted.
If they can, they go to aid of the besieged MAP, or offer a safe house, or help the struggling MAP to relocate.
