...(Ya never know with "monkey the referee" who deems what's acceptable to a thread or not).

But anyway... Male you who excel in diving, football, dance, or piano these traits are welcomed, and fostered, considered worthy of encouragement.

Anything as it pertains to heightened sexual curiosities, or sex drive itself... anything that does not conform to the strict narrative is humiliated, dismissed, punished, or ostracized by rejection (in some cases).

Sexuality, erotic passion, or sensual flirtation is as worthy a character trait in youth as any thing else. (IMO) - and is part of their personality.

When it's ridiculed, when it's sent off to be discovered in a very secret "vacuum"... Risks, heightened chances of abuse, and an overall poor self esteem is the result... not to mention a devastating outcome if they get caught up in the claws of "mental health" or "justice", or both.

We/culture shouldn't be even having this discussion.

and yet the preoccupation of how this personality came to be..

this child so odd, so flamboyant, so sexual, so..so..so..

It simply is, what it is. Period.

A culture of sexuality lunatics, freaks of drama, lovers of prude conjecture.

Must everything be "diagnosed" with an evaluation, and social score?

Apparently.
