fragment gives us a nice excuse to do nothing

just one problem with his response: I asked him for HIS ideas:

"But if you don't like my suggestions, you can post your own and get started."

so fragment's response seems to be rejecting his own ideas. but not really. he is setting things up so he does not have to do anything.

we have seen this so many times on this board.
