Are Brazilian castrators still alive?

Aperturbo informs us that Brazil has approved chemical castration for something to do with so-called pedophiles.

Officials responsible for this would be:
1. "elected" representatives
2. legal officials, sometimes erroneously called justice officials
3. law enforcement, more correctly, government enforcers

Can the representatives in category 1 be named?
Category 2, or 3?

Have any of them died recently?
