I have one collected edition of the Acolyte Reader I found on zlibrary (onion), and if you look through the pages it seems to collect stories from various issues, mostly from the first three. I haven't found any full individual issues of the Acolyte Reader available as pdfs and they are instead broken up as pdfs for each individual story on Edmund's site. But, yes, there are supposed to be 12 (16 if you count Panthology #1-4 of which Acolyte served as a continuation). If you look at the book list here on the website and zoom down halfway to "Torey, Frank" you can find links to pages for each of the Acolyte Readers up to #11 and then it lists #12 without any link.
