Jessy, unfortunately, what is manifestly obvious to us is not only absurd but unmentionable to a majority of others. After thinking about my responses to those questions during the last day, I remembered that they were not published and the reporter's story was killed, altogether. I'll take that as a kind of back-handed compliment! On the one hand, if we give them anything that they can use as outrage-fodder, they will run the interview for the purpose of enraging their reader/viewership, but if we use reason and refuse to feed their appetite for hysteria, they won't run it. |
