To edit successfully, you must keep a cool head, and reason well. Telling people to fuck themselves/kill themselves won't work there.

You must learn to compromise (as little as possible, of course) and work with others who may not be as well informed as you.

You need to develop "political skills" and work together, not against, the other editors.

But I doubt that you can do those things...
