Illegal drugs, and alcohol, are NOT the problem?

Uh, I think if you go back through history, you'll see that "children" were permitted small amounts of alcohol (usually mixed with water) so they would learn the effects, and how to control the amount they consumed. This still occurs in some countries, though now it is illegal.

It works very well, for the most part.

The "child protection" movement has now taken over, "Save The Children" they scream!

Now teenagers have drinking parties, where they get totally drunk, in the street. That never used to happen before.
