Vermont as a MAP haven?

Montpelier only has a population of 8000 and is a state capital. How much influence could a small group of 100-200 MAPs have if they all moved there?

Vermont has one of the most progressive sex offender registries in the US, so even people that have fallen afoul of the law could be welcome.

The response by the police to MAP camp has been grounded- showing that there is some respect for civil rights.

MytheBe, the MAP camp organizer, has had success in reporting a social worker they dealt with for making pedophobic comments.

Could somewhere in Vermont be the MAP Castro?
