If you care to watch several episodes (can't remember which episodes) you might notice the comedy that is embedded there-in.

One episode that sticks out in my mind is the one where the woman/wife of a male patient contracts gonorrhea but complains that she hasn't had sex outside of her marriage.. of course, doc examines the husband and he has it too.

I always enjoy the episodes that have a boy/boys in them. Even if the boy is on his deathbed. I understand that it is all play acting and the boy is fine and already scheduled to act in another show.

I seem to remember an episode where a boy has a rash on his hand, and it seems to match the one in his groin. Of course the mom gets embarrassed.

There are plenty of episodes with boys in them, giving up on ''House'' because you can't imagine an actor in a role that you are not used to is a waste.
