Scurrying around like cockroaches is safer.

But for people who know with 100% certainty that they haven't broken any laws I'm happy for them to be visible. Visibility might increase the pressure on BLs and GLs in the short term. But long term the temperature is being increased anyway- even if we just stay and hide.

Someone has to move first. The more people that come out, the easier it will be to be out.
