That's too bad

I thought the finale was a little disappointing. It's like they were expecting a second season and didn't want to end the first season with anything too conclusive. I had hoped the finale would touch upon the philosophy of the original movie (chaos masquerading as order?) or at least put a new spin on it. But overall good enough that I still wanted to see if they'd eventually live up to the original. I certainly liked the fact that they brought in a new team of time bandits towards the end made up entirely of midgets in recognition of the original cast. At first I had thought the series had changed them into normal sized people out of political correctness, but I'm glad it was otherwise. And Kal-El Tuck had such an adorable Liverpudlian accent. Oh well.
