Remy?

I must admit I don't keep up with all the latest youtube kids. But Rembrandt "Remy" Mumby of Food Oddities is a classic cutie. He started when he was 8 and he's all grown up now. But personally I think 11-year-old Remy is the hottest Remy.

I don't know how many siblings he has, but he has a little brother who punched him the balls for the episode where he eats testicles. Probably not the channel you're talking about.
