I know. I know too that I sell slightly more Kindles than paperbacks, even though I price each so as to encourage more paperback sales. I know both people who will only buy Kindles and people who will only buy physical books.

I think the author simply prefers the idea of his book being read in paperback, but I'm hoping he will be more amenable to a Kindle once he's had some sales. I'll keep encouraging him.
