I dont know how Im supposed to prove that I DIDNT say something.

It may be true that you didn't use exactly those words, but that is a very petty and limited definition of "said that."

Prove it. Since you know that I said it, it must be pretty easy for you to show where I said it.

Show me where I said, or implied, that your opinions were lies.
