Lifeline is open tonight (ok European time).

Suicide is an option to end "this very life", you can end "this one" by changing track. First task is to find out how to encrypt your computer, either by Bitlocker or Veracrypt. That will take some time. And then you should spent/waste time by walking in the forest. You need to focus on something else than yourself. Maybe there was an old interest that you might pick up on again.

Ask yourself: I you won the jackpot today, would you use the chance to change your life dramatically? If yes, then you do not want to kill yourself, but just want to end "this very life". Once you realize that, your life will get better. In my opinion, this is the major point no one talks about, when talking about suicide.

Trust me, i have been suicidal and deal with depression now and then.
