Looking into it, it seems that the founder, Leonid Kameneff, got 12 years for said hanky-panky. A couple of his staff members too.

"Kameneff admitted during the trial that he had sexually abused three children, but denied being a paedophile. He argued his behaviour was rooted in the libertine thinking of the 1960s and 1970s."
And by denying he's a "pedophile" I wonder if he meant that in the sense of not being a child abuser. Invoking the spirit of the 70s would line up with that. If he meant that as a denial of sexual attraction as the court seems to have taken it, that's not so clear.
