Bart Ehrman brings a lot of credibility. Him being an atheist and New Testament scholar, he has no dogmatic biases. If this passage isn't suggesting a sexual relationship, then why comment on what the teenage boy was wearing, or rather not wearing? And why was this suppressed from the canonical version? To find the truth, it is most important to look at what they are hiding from us.
