Very well written post.

I respect your opinion, however I disagree about the reason why people in the BC community do not participate in research. I personally try to participate in research studies because I believe that scientific research is one prong of our fight towards acceptance and legalization of attraction between adults and children. Other prongs include the legal fight, the economic fight and the social fight.

I believe that some people here are just against psychology altogether and don't believe in its benefit that's why they don't participate in the studies. They might also not appreciate that the studies benefit the researchers and the latter do not contribute to our time, either by direct compensation (which is risky to boylovers' privacy) or contributing to the BC website.

I like your analysis of the situation. Hope to read more posts from you.
