...just make things worse for some unlucky people.

There once was a story of a real rapist who indeed got castrated. He then still "raped" someone, but now using a knife.

As for people who dare to have contacts with kids that involve sexual elements, in mutual agreement, they already get punished extremely severe and now the same just one level higher. When will it end?
