He didn't know what he was getting in to

The boy did consent to playing the game and trusted the adult friend who was filming him that it would be a fun experience. Then, as he got further into it, he realized that it wasn't as fun as he'd thought it would be. When the situation is just a board game the consequences aren't earth shattering, but if the boy's pained reaction had been to a grown man getting further into him, both the boy and the man would likely suffer major negative consequences from the encounter.

Both your example with the game and the previous example with the $20 toy illustrate the natural fact that a boy's consent is not the same as an adult consenting. They don't know what they are getting in to.
