How young is too young to hawk tuah?

A few days ago there was a thread by tpka slvrspun bemoaning the fact that grownups can freely discuss their sexual practices, indicating their healthy attitudes, but kids don't have that freedom of speech.

Happy now? It's a funny video of a boy imitating the hawk tuah girl, but who in their right mind would want to hear an on the street interview with a little child where he says that? The linked video is of an innocent babe who doesn't comprehend what he is saying, but if he was talking about his own sexual practices it would it really indicate a healthy attitude or would it be cause to call child protective services?
