your harm argument doesnt work. Lots of things are harmful , or potentially harmful, to children. Thousands of children die every year on the roads. Are you advocating that its the responsibility of the adult to not take children in cars? Single mothers are very harmful to children, especially boys, more harmful than pedophiles simply by the fact that there are more of them, and they are around their kids 24 hours a day. Are you advocating that it is the responsibility of the adult to withdraw from the relationship? Im pretty sure that you hold neither of these positions. Therefore, your argument cannot be about harm, there must be something unique about sex that allows you to hold this position other than just harm, or that sex is so uniquely harmful that it should be stopped. So what is it? |
