Perhaps you misunderstood me... I was saying that the behavior of those who were commenting on the video on the MINDS social media network was reprehensible. They have not a shred of evidence that the man being assaulted in the video was guilty of anything, yet they gleefully commented on how the actions of the person recording the video, who was the primary aggressor, were good. I find it horrifying that people would support this kind of injustice on the basis of a rumor. Again, the people who do the recordings of confronting MAPs are content creators who earn money "catching predators" and who aren't necessarily too concerned with whether the person whose life they ruin actually is a predator or not. My commentary was on the people commenting on the video saying things like "into the woodchipper" and "If the predator pressed charges for assault and I was on the jury, I would say Not Guilty, Your Honor, now lets punish the Child Molester." They said all that without having a shred of evidence that the victim in the video even was such. Simply that someone else - someone with a financial incentive to fabricate a crime - said they were such. |
