I don't think her freedom of speech is a hetero thing. It's a working class thing. There are plenty of bourgeois heteros who wouldn't be caught dead talking dirty about anything sexual especially in front of their church friends or their woke friends. The higher up the social rankings you go, such as from blue collar to white collar, the more constraints there are on acceptable behavior and the more pressure there is to profess a belief in orthodoxy.
