My good deed :) 🦆

Posted by Sheikh on 2024-June-11 13:12:37, Tuesday

Yesterday I gave a rubber duck 🦆 to a very cute 6yo boy 👦. I seen him and his mother around town. I talk to them every so often less than I want to but you know how it goes. They live at the womens shelter in my city. I feel very bad about kids in these situations and have posted my thoughts before. Last time I saw this boy he dropped his tablet and the screen broke, he was crying 😢 but I didn’t have a duck on me at the time, and seeing a boy crying hurts me and probably all of us on here the most. Luckily about two days later which was yesterday I came up and pulled a rubber 🦆 duck out of my pocket and handed it to the boy. You should of been there to see how happy he looked when he got it. “Look mommy I have a duckie 🦆” she whispered thank u to me and I ur welcomed her back and “I do know this sometimes with my ducks 🦆 “ as I have given them out to kids before. I collect and love ducks 🦆 if you guys didn’t know. He is so cute little guy for his age and I thought he was a year or 2 younger than he is. But this makes me feel so happy making a boy happy. It really is the best thing ever…
